Please avoid twisting or wringing, and always air dry in the shade. When ironing, use medium heat on the reverse side. Do not bleach or expose the saree to excessive heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as it may affect the fabric and colors.

We offer nationwide delivery across India with free shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) option available. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, while international orders are shipped via prepaid shipping only, with delivery timelines of 7–14 business days. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly at the time of delivery.

Shipping Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all orders within India, provided items are in their original, unused, and unfolded condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers must email us at info@dakshinvastram.com to initiate a return, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are not accepted for:
• Altered, customized, or modified items.
• Sarees purchased during sales, discounts, or offers.
• International orders, except where required by the laws of the destination country.

For exchanges, you may request a different size or color within 30 days, subject to availability. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. An unboxing video is required for any claims.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

We accept payments in GBP, USD, EUR, and other major currencies via PayPal.
