📦 Shipping within India

At Dakshin Vastram, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our Indian customers.

  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver sarees to your doorstep across India, from Guwahati to Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, and beyond.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery is available for all domestic orders within India.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation. In case of delays, we will notify you promptly.
  • Packaging & Handling: All products are packed securely with double-layer waterproof wrapping and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Inspection & Unboxing: We encourage customers to inspect their package before accepting delivery. If any issues arise, an unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
  • Color Disclaimer: Slight variations in product color may occur due to photography lighting or device screen settings.

 

🌍 Shipping within USA/UK/EU/Global

For our valued customers in USA/UK/EU/Global, we strive to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

  • Prepaid Shipping Only: We offer prepaid shipping for all USA/UK/EU/Global orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for USA/UK/EU/Global shipments.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: USA/UK/EU/Global orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from dispatch. All orders are shipped directly from India.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the cart weight, package volume, and delivery location.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service — this means the price you see at checkout is the final price. No extra customs duties, VAT, import fees, or local taxes have to be paid by you at the time of delivery. All such charges are fully covered by us.
  • Packaging & Handling: Each saree is packed with care in double-layer waterproof wrapping and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure its safety during transit.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Inspection & Unboxing: Please inspect your package upon delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to product discrepancies.
  • Customs Delays: Dakshin Vastram is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or customer unavailability during delivery attempts.
  • Color Disclaimer: Slight variations in product color may occur due to photography lighting or device screen settings.
  • Currency Note: All UK orders are processed in GBP (£) and include DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, so you won’t pay any extra customs duties, VAT, or import fees at delivery. For international orders outside the UK, payments are also processed in GBP (£). Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency (USD, EUR, etc.) and apply forex charges.
