At Dakshin Vastram, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our Indian customers.

  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver sarees to your doorstep across India, from Guwahati to Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, and beyond.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all domestic orders within India.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics disruptions.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation. In case of delays, we will notify you promptly.
  • Packaging & Handling: All products are packed securely with double-layer waterproof wrapping and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Inspection & Unboxing: We encourage customers to inspect their package before accepting delivery. An unboxing video is strongly recommended to support any claims related to product discrepancies.
  • Colour Disclaimer: Slight variations in product colour may occur due to photography lighting or device screen settings.

For our valued customers outside India, we strive to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

  • Prepaid Shipping Only: We offer prepaid shipping for all international orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all international orders.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: International orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from dispatch. All orders are shipped directly from India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics disruptions.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service — the price you see at checkout is the final price. No extra customs duties, VAT, import fees, or local taxes are payable at delivery. All such charges are fully covered by us.
  • Packaging & Handling: Each saree is packed with care in double-layer waterproof wrapping and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure its safety during transit.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Inspection & Unboxing: Please inspect your package upon delivery. An unboxing video is strongly recommended to support any claims related to product discrepancies.
  • Customs Delays: Dakshin Vastram is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or customer unavailability during delivery attempts.

Kurti & Blouse Stitching / Fall & Pico — Delivery Note

If you add blouse stitching, fall & pico, or kurti stitching to your order, please note that stitching may add 2–3 extra days to your delivery time. Each piece is tailored individually to your measurements — we appreciate your understanding.
