We know it's hard to find affordable tailoring, so we stitch your blouse & kurti before dispatch based on your measurements. Please note: Once stitching begins, the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or altered. Stitched items are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to your personal specifications. EU customers: personalised and custom-stitched items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).

To request a refund, contact our customer support team at info@dakshinvastram.com within your eligible return window —30 daysfor India, UK, USA, Australia, Canada & Rest of World; 14 daysfor EU customers. You can also submit your request directly via your account portal at https://account.dakshinvastram.com or through the View Order link in your Order Confirmation email or Cancel Contract form via the EU Customer Rights menu in our store footer. We will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions on how to return the product and initiate the refund process.
