🔁 Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy – Dakshin Vastram

At Dakshin Vastram, we are dedicated to ensuring a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please review our return, exchange, and cancellation policy below:

 

📦 Returns (Within UK & India)

We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders within UK and India. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@dakshinvastram.com with your order details and the reason for return. Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unused, and unfolded condition, with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, and we currently do not provide pickup services for returns.

Items that have been altered, customized, or modified in any way are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Sarees purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except where required by the laws and regulations of the destination country. In such cases, we will comply with the applicable legal provisions regarding returns and exchanges.

🔄 Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Exchanges are processed as a separate order after the original item is returned and approved.

If you received an incorrect or defective product due to our error, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. We encourage customers to inspect their package before accepting delivery. If any issues arise, an unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

 

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@dakshinvastram.com.

 

❗ Additional Notes

Customs Duties & International Taxes (except for UK and India customers): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes in their country.

Currency Note (except for UK and India customers): All orders are processed in GBP(£) / INR (₹). For international orders, your bank may convert the amount into your local currency (GBP, USD, EUR, etc.) and apply forex charges.

Inspection & Unboxing: Customers must inspect their package upon delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to product discrepancies.

Color Disclaimer: Slight variations in product color may occur in Store due to photography lighting or device screen settings.

We reserve the right to decline a return or refund if the product does not meet our return conditions.
